Legal Notice: Indemnity & Assumption of Risk

By booking, paying for, or actively participating in any tour, safari, or activity organized by Meraki Namibia Tours CC, you, as the participant, inherently agree to and accept the terms outlined in this Indemnity & Assumption of Risk policy. Your decision to participate signifies your full, informed, and binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, recognizing the obligations and responsibilities set forth herein.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and understand that engaging in tours and activities organized by Meraki Namibia Tours CC carries inherent risks that may not be completely foreseeable. These risks can include, but are not limited to, those associated with remote travel, unpredictable wildlife encounters, and various outdoor activities. By choosing to participate, you voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss that may occur at any point before, during, or following your involvement with our tours.

3. Release of Liability

In light of the above, you hereby fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Meraki Namibia Tours Tours CC, along with its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or legal actions that may arise from your participation in the tours, whether such claims are based on negligence, unforeseen circumstances, or any other cause of action. This release is comprehensive and aims to protect the company and its associates from any repercussions resulting from your participation.

4. Health and Insurance Requirements

By joining the tour, you confirm that you are in appropriate physical health to engage in the planned activities being offered. Additionally, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for acquiring adequate and comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover any potential emergencies that might arise during your participation in our tours. This insurance should sufficiently cover you in the event of medical issues, injuries, or any unforeseen incidents.

5. Governing Law

This Indemnity and Assumption of Risk policy, along with any disputes that may arise from it, is governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. By participating, you agree to adhere to these legal provisions and acknowledge that any legal actions or disputes must be resolved within this jurisdiction.
